Return Period

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your communication.

Refund Process

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The goods are in original packaging
  • The goods are unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition
  • All tags are still attached
  • No signs of damage, stains, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
  • Items purchased during final clearance sales (marked as final sale)

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item. We'll process your refund once we receive the returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@inkfusionstudio.com or call +1 307 999 4556. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we'll cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card (may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement)
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account (usually within 1-3 business days)
  • Store Credit: Available immediately upon request

Partial Refunds

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in the following situations:

  • Item is returned in a condition that reduces its resale value
  • Original packaging is missing or damaged
  • Tags have been removed
  • Item shows signs of wear or use

Return FAQ

Your return is eligible if it's within 30 days of purchase, in original condition with tags attached, and unworn/unwashed.

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, for defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping.

We process refunds within 30 days of receiving your return. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.

Yes, gift recipients can return items. We'll need the order number, which you can get from the gift giver, or we can process the return as store credit.
